- Representing alternative energy companies with their business and real estate needs throughout Louisiana, Texas and other states along the Gulf Coast.
- Representing a group of affiliated companies in the marine services industry, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, loans, vessel registry matters and contracts with customers.
- Representing the real estate departments of a utility provider and a local university dealing with matters ranging from commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, right of way transactions, easement transactions, zoning issues and title issues.
- Representing lenders and borrowers in regional, national and international secured loan transactions, ranging from $1 million to $1.2 billion, providing working capital facilities, term loans, bond arrangements and interest rate swap arrangements.
- Outside general counsel role for numerous companies, including advising them on assorted master services agreements, vendor agreements, employee contracts and other contractual needs.
