A. Paul LeBlanc, Jr. Earns Appellate Practice Certification from LBLS
BATON ROUGE, La. – February 12, 2025 – Baton Rouge counsel A. Paul LeBlanc, Jr. earned the certification from the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization (LBLS) as an appellate practice specialist. There are only 20 lawyers with this certification in Louisiana, and Paul is the only one in Baton Rouge.
Lawyers who have earned certification are members of the Louisiana State Bar Association and practice in these areas: appellate law, business bankruptcy law, consumer bankruptcy law, employment law, estate planning and administration, family law, health law, labor law and tax law.
“I am honored to receive this certification, and I will continue helping our clients navigate the appellate process to achieve successful outcomes,” Paul said.
Paul practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on cases involving criminal or fraudulent activity and complex civil matters, including antitrust, unfair trade practices, property, tort class action and federal and state constitutional law claims. His practice includes trial and appellate work, including an active writ practice in the Louisiana appellate courts.
