ABA Presents Who is Exempt Under Section 1 of the FAA?

Tampa partner Dennis McClelland will serve as a panelist for the discussion "Who is Exempt Under Section 1 of the FAA?" at the ABA Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee Midwinter Meeting. The presentation will highlight recent court decisions that have addressed exemptions under Section 1 of the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) in the Ninth Circuit, U.S. Supreme Court, the Second Circuit and beyond.
