Chris Ralston Joins Tulane Law Dean’s Advisory Board
NEW ORLEANS — March 12, 2024 — Phelps partner Chris Ralston was selected to serve on the Tulane Law School Dean’s Advisory Board. Chris will work with his fellow board members to provide strategic advice and counsel to the law school dean.
Chris earned his law degree from Tulane Law and is heavily involved with his alma mater, currently serving as president of the Tulane Law Alumni Association, chair of its Hall of Fame committee, faculty for its civil litigation bootcamp course, and as a member of the Tulane Board of Directors. Over the past decade, he has helped steer university initiatives as an appointed member of the Tulane History Project Advisory Board, Institutional Conflict of Interest Committee and Building Name Review Committee. He has long acted as a de facto advisor to the Tulane Law dean and has mentored countless Tulane Law students through their academic endeavors and beyond.
Chris is a partner in Phelps’ New Orleans Litigation practice group. His cases span a broad range of commercial litigation issues, including intellectual property, commercial real estate disputes, trade secret and cyber disputes and tax litigation. He has consistently been recognized in leading peer review publications including Chambers USA, Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America.
