CityBusiness Honors Harry Rosenberg as a New Orleans Icon, Names Office One of Best Places to Work
NEW ORLEANS — Phelps Dunbar partner Harry Rosenberg was honored with the New Orleans CityBusiness ICONAward at an event Dec. 6. In addition, the publication named Phelps as one of the Best Places to Work in New Orleans for 2019.
The ICONaward honors business leaders who have had a lasting influence on New Orleans’ economic development and made their mark on the city overall.
“These honorees, through their energy, innovative ideas, achievements and commitment to excellence, have moved our community forward,” New Orleans CityBusiness said in a press release
Through his illustrious 40-year career, Rosenberg has handled some of the most complex legal challenges that have shaped New Orleans and Louisiana. He led redistricting litigation involving judicial districts and configuration of parish councils and served as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana before joining Phelps.
In 2013, he was recognized by CityBusiness with its “Leadership in Law” award.
Also at the Dec. 6 event, Phelps’ New Orleans office was honored as one of the 2019 Best Places to Work in the large company division. The recognition follows the Baton Rouge office being named one of the Best Places to Work by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report in October.
