Phelps Partner Dan Lund will present "Spreading the Risk and Avoiding Killer Contract Clauses" on Jan. 15 at the 2024 Construction CPM Conference, hosted Jan. 14 - 17 in San Antonio, TX. He will also join the Litigation Track Mock Trial on Jan. 17 as part of the conference's immersive study and and training in the Critical Path Method (CPM).
