IP Stars Recognizes Phelps' Intellectual Property Practice and Trio of Lawyers

He also counsels clients in domain name disputes under the ICANN arbitration procedures and represents clients with matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board and its Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Based in New Orleans, Mary Ellen Roy handles copyright and trademark advice and counseling, prosecutions and disputes before the U.S. Copyright Office, the Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has more than 30 years of experience with infringement and breach of contract issues involving copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and trade secrets in the music publishing, television and film production, and internet social media and streaming industries.
