Marshall Redmon Admitted to American College of Coverage Counsel
NEW ORLEANS — April 20, 2022 — Phelps Managing Partner Marshall Redmon was named a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), the preeminent association representing the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies.
The ACCC includes the leading insurance lawyers in the U.S. and Canada. Fellowship is extended by invitation-only after a careful investigation of a lawyer’s insurance dispute experience and commitment to advancing quality, civility and innovation in insurance law.
Marshall counsels many of the world’s largest infrastructure, energy and professional services companies on high-exposure issues and evolving coverage trends.
“The ACCC is delighted to welcome Marshall as the latest member to become actively involved in its work,” said Sherilyn Pastor, president of ACCC.
