Nash Gilmore to Serve on Phoenix Club of Jackson Board of Trustees

JACKSON, Miss. – April 3, 2023 - Phelps associate Nash Gilmore will serve on the Board of Trustees for the Phoenix Club of Jackson endowment fund. The Phoenix Club of Jackson is a nonprofit that raises money and awareness for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi. Phoenix Club members are a body of young and diverse professionals in the local community who aim to help the area’s youth prosper by offering social, business and philanthropic opportunities. Nash is an active member of the organization, previously serving three years on the Board of Directors as the Communications Director and Co-Events Director.

In his new role as Secretary and member of the Board of Trustees, Nash will use his prior experience and knowledge to help the Phoenix Club of Jackson continue to serve the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi.

Nash is a member of Phelps’ Jackson litigation group and helps insurers and businesses navigate complex commercial litigation and insurance disputes. In addition to his legal practice and community pursuits, he is also serves as the Director of Jackson Young Lawyers.

Throughout my time with the Phoenix Club, I have been fortunate to work with amazing people within the Phoenix Club and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi, so this is my way to continue to give back and help enrich our community.”
