North Carolina Super Lawyers Adds Two Phelps Attorneys to 2022 Lists

RALEIGH, N.C. — Jan. 13, 2022 — Super Lawyers ranked partner Kevin M. O’Brien and associate Anna Pulliam Cathcart from Phelps’ Raleigh office among the top attorneys on its 2022 North Carolina lists. Kevin, who focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage and contract disputes, was named to the Super Lawyers list for the sixth year in a row. This is the second Rising Stars list recognition for Anna, who helps clients navigate first-party property and third-party liability issues.

Super Lawyers ranks attorneys from more than 70 practice areas and weighs them on 12 different factors. Then their peers vote for them based on their professional achievements. Only 5% of nominated lawyers in North Carolina make the lists each year. To qualify for the North Carolina Rising Stars honor, lawyers must meet these requirements and either have 10 years or less in practice or be 40 years old or younger.
