Phelps Announces Election of New Partners
NEW ORLEANS, La. – Jan. 17, 2023 – Phelps is pleased to announce the election of seven lawyers to Partner, effective January 1, 2023. Representing five offices across the firm’s footprint, the election of these lawyers is the result of their dedication to their practice of law and commitment to providing exceptional service to the firm’s clients.

- Lindsay Calhoun – (New Orleans, Litigation) advises and represents national and multi-national businesses in complex and high stakes litigation in state, federal and appellate courts with a focus on intellectual property matters.
- Anna Pulliam Cathcart – (Raleigh, Insurance) represents domestic and international insurance clients in complex first- and third-party coverage disputes and litigation.
- Christopher R. Jones – (Dallas/Fort Worth, Litigation) practices in the area of commercial litigation, representing a diverse group of clients, including public utilities, in matters involving insurance defense, contract disputes, eminent domain and easement/right-of-way, complex personal injury and property damage.
- Douglas M. Kleeman – (New Orleans, Insurance) counsels and litigates on behalf of national and international clients on first- and third-party insurance coverage and extra-contractual “bad faith” issues throughout the southeast region.
- Katherine “Katie” Cicardo Mannino – (Baton Rouge, Healthcare) represents clients in the healthcare, insurance and managed care industries in a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters.
- Erin M. Raschke – (Tampa, Insurance) focuses her practice in the complex insurance and reinsurance arena, counseling and litigating on behalf of foreign and domestic insurance carriers in matters primarily involving third-party coverage and claim handling.
- Rebecca Sha – (New Orleans, Employment) focuses her practice on employment law representing clients in numerous industries including education, maritime, state and local entities, non-profits and hospitality.
