Phelps Elects Five to Partnership
NEW ORLEANS — As we emerge from 2020 and look confidently toward the future, Phelps is proud to name five new lawyers to the Firm’s partnership.
The past year sharpened the Firm’s focus on resilience and leadership, and the addition of these partners strengthens Phelps’ commitment to expanding its practice areas and the service it offers clients.
“Each of these attorneys has built a strong track record of helping clients,” Managing Partner Marshall Redmon said. “This group will add mightily to the Firm’s ability to secure legal solutions for clients and offer them the wraparound, personal service our Firm is known for.”
Phelps’ 2021 partner class includes:
- Trevor Haynes (Baton Rouge, Business and Finance) spends his days helping clients expand their business by making sure real estate, banking and commercial transactions go smoothly.
- Ashley Heilprin (New Orleans, Litigation) counsels clients in commercial disputes from case inception to resolution. Ashley’s known for keeping clients’ goals and bottom line in mind through every phase of litigation.
- Erin Malone (Tampa, Labor and Employment) guides employers through each step of civil litigation and arbitration proceedings. She also helps clients steer clear of costly compliance violations by keeping them in line with a full range of regulatory standards.
- David Topping (New Orleans, Litigation) lowers clients’ legal risks through environmental due diligence. Clients look to David’s litigation experience and industry knowledge to keep them above board with environmental regulators.
- Regina Vasquez-Espinosa (Fort Worth, Litigation) leverages her experience resolving property rights and eminent domain disputes to help clients avoid delays caused by drawn-out legal battles and keep their projects moving forward.
