Phelps Expands Labor and Employment Services in Carolinas
RALEIGH, N.C. — April 7, 2021 — Raleigh ranks second among the fastest growing cities in the nation. With employers flocking to the Research Triangle, there is more need than ever for sophisticated employment legal services. In response, Phelps partner, Day Peake, has moved from the firm’s Mobile office to Raleigh.
Clients respect Day’s candid approach and workable solutions that protect companies but keep employees feeling valued. Throughout his career, he has counseled multi-state employers to resolve complex labor and employment issues. He advises small-scale employers as well as international corporations with thousands of employees. Day helps clients create the right policies and when necessary, helps employers resolve disputes.
Day will be working with firm clients local to the Carolinas and will be well positioned to expand the services the firm provides multi-state employers in Alabama, Tennessee, and around the region.
