Phelps Lawyer Michael Victorian Honored by Baton Rouge Business Report's Forty Under 40

BATON ROUGE, La.— Phelps attorney Michael B. Victorian was chosen as one of this year’s Forty Under 40 by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report.

The Baton Rouge Business Report recognizes 40 honorees each year who have shown leadership, initiative and dedication to their field before the age of 40.
