Phelps Represents Cypress Membership Medicine in Merger with SignatureMD

April 8, 2021 - Phelps advised Cypress Membership Medicine, a leading provider of support services for physicians who have a desire to convert their practice to concierge medicine, in its merger with SignatureMD. The merger was completed in partnership with management and Blue Sea Capital LLC, a private equity firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, that invests in growth-oriented companies. The combined company has offices in Los Angeles, California, and Franklin, Tennessee. It is one of the nation's largest providers of initial conversion and ongoing support services to concierge medicine physicians, with an expanding network of over 200 affiliated primary care physicians and specialists across 35 states.
