Phelps Represents Enstructure in Acquisition of Ambassador Services

Phelps Dunbar represented Enstructure LLC, a bulk terminals and logistics company, in its acquisition of Port Canaveral, Florida-based marine terminal operator Ambassador Services, Inc. The acquisition marks Enstructure’s entry into the growing Florida market and further expands the company’s geographic terminal network, establishing a flagship terminal operation in the Southeast.
