Phelps Represents Southwest Convenience SPE LLC in Acquisition of Quik Mart Stores Inc.

December 14, 2021 — Phelps advised Southwest Convenience SPE LLC in its acquisition of 17 retail convenience stores owned and operated by Quik Mart Stores, Inc. and its affiliates. Quik Mart is a second-generation family business and is the largest independent convenience store retailer in the Tucson market. Southwest Convenience’s largest investor is a long time firm client, Robert Berg.
