Phelps Welcomes Partner to Support Texas Real Estate Deals
DALLAS — October 6, 2021 — As businesses navigate an evolving real estate market, Phelps has added partner Andrew Olsan to the Dallas-Fort Worth Real Estate team to help companies make the right moves.
“Andrew’s addition expands our capabilities in Texas, and our strong presence throughout the Southeast provides a natural fit for him to better serve his growing regional and national client base,” Phelps Managing Partner Marshall Redmon said. “His understanding of commercial real estate will build on Phelps’ ability to guide our clients in a vast array of real estate transactions and challenges.”
Andrew is well-versed in helping developers and investors with real estate purchases and sales, as well as acquisition, construction and permanent financing transactions and commercial leases. He also advises lenders in both loan originations and in debt restructurings, workouts and real property foreclosures. And Andrew is a strong negotiator for his clients, bringing both sides to agreement on property management agreements, food and beverage contracts, and other miscellaneous matters arising from the ownership and operation of real estate.
