Strengthening Our Ranks: Charles Spencer and Mark Fry Join Phelps Dunbar in Baton Rouge Business Group
Baton Rouge, La.— Phelps Dunbar’s Baton Rouge Business Group welcomed Charles Spencer and Mark Fry to its group of over 20 business attorneys.

Mark and Charles join Phelps from the local Baton Rouge law firm of Hebert, Spencer and Fry LLP, where they worked together for over 26 years.
Charles Spencer focuses his practice on wills, estate planning, successions, contracts and media/communications law. He previously worked as an attorney in the Office of General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C., and is General Counsel of the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters and the Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge.

Mark Fry enjoys a diverse practice as well. He is a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization, and is registered with the State Board of CPAs of Louisiana as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive-Status). His practice encompasses trusts and estate planning, taxation, successions, business formation (for-profit and tax-exempt), business succession planning, and special needs planning.
