Super Lawyers Names Two Phelps Lawyers to 2023 North Carolina Lists

RALEIGH, N.C. — Jan. 18, 2023 — Phelps Raleigh partners Kevin M. O’Brien and Anna Pulliam Cathcart were selected by Super Lawyers for its 2023 North Carolina lists. This is the seventh Super Lawyers list recognition for Kevin, who focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage and contract disputes. Anna, who helps clients navigate first-party property and third-party liability issues, was named to the Rising Stars list for the third consecutive year.
