Tampa Partner Michael Hooker Receives 2018 Abraham Lincoln Award

TAMPA, Fla.— The Tampa Bay American Inn of Court recently recognized Phelps Partner Michael Hooker for the 2018 Abraham Lincoln Award. Each year, the Inn of Court recognizes a member that exemplifies the organization’s mission to promote legal excellence, civility, professionalism, and ethics in the practice of law.
