Andrew Olsan advises owners, developers, tenants and lenders in matters involving real and personal property. Clients of all sizes – from individual investors to joint ventures, state and national banks and S&P 500 companies – look to Andrew to identify legal and financial risks that could lead to unanticipated problems and otherwise to help them make the right moves in today’s fast-paced market.
Andrew seeks to be a value-add member of each client’s team. He begins engagements with an effort to understand the nuances of his clients’ business models and strategies, which enables him not only to focus on the most germane risks, but also to find unrealized opportunities.
Experience
- Represented an S&P 500 company in the acquisition of its corporate headquarters, an approximately 415,000-square-foot office building, in Dallas’s North Tollway corridor.
- Worked with a growing national truck parking company in the acquisition of multiple yard sites, development of form parking agreements and other operational matters.
- Secured deed of trust liens for an energy hedge provider in multiple wind farm projects throughout West Texas.
- Represented a real estate developer in obtaining senior and mezzanine financing for a 437,000-square-foot office building.
