- Obtained defense verdicts at trial for hospital clients in Jefferson County, Alabama, in medical malpractice, personal injury and workers’ compensation cases
- Represented two corporations in a jury trial on RICO claims stemming from commercial fraud that resulted in favorable verdicts in excess of $100 million
- On the team representing, and was principal author of team’s report to, the Demand Review Committee of the Board of Directors of one of the largest financial institutions in the Southeast in a multi-year investigation into shareholder derivative claims arising from losses in the Great Recession
