April Alex is a member of Phelps' Insurance practice group. She focuses her practice on complex coverage issues including first- and third-party claims as well as litigation and counseling.
While in law school, April served as a research assistant for the Harris County Bail Monitoring System Team and was the Staff Editor for Law and Contemporary Problems Journal.
April is fluent in American Sign Language.
