- Successfully argued in federal appellate court to affirm summary judgment for a health care client that resulted in the dismissal of claims of negligent credentialing.
- Won an 11-year case on behalf of major marine products manufacturer that included three separate trials and subsequent appeals on federal and state law liability and damage issues.
- Obtained a unanimous en banc reversal in a health care client's favor of a federal appeals court decision.
- Represented a national PPO in multiple litigation and arbitration matters involving provider/payor disputes.
- Successfully represented a nationwide PPO in a federal court jury trial involving a contract dispute with a health care provider, along with allegations of civil conspiracy, RICO and other claims.
