- Served as IP due diligence counsel for the lead lender to successfully close a $25 million round of financing for a biofuels industrial plant employing patented technology.
- Achieved a favorable settlement for a national financial institution in federal litigation involving a software licensing dispute with one of the client's online banking system vendors.
- Represents a major publicly traded specialty chemical company in patent matters involving approximately 700 patent applications worldwide.
