Glen A. Vinet

Glen has worked in insurance, risk management, loss prevention and claims management for 25 years, in the US domestic and Lloyd’s markets. After years of handling claims in a multitude of lines throughout the world, he provides a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to claims handling. He has attended nearly 400 mediations, numerous trials and has played a role in a number of large scale catastrophic claims. Glen’s years as a long-term insurance client and claims director for a Fortune 500 company have taught him the true meaning of customer service. After long being a client to insurance, risk and legal defense providers, he emphasizes communication, service and anticipating clients’ needs. Glen’s experience is broad based as a result of years working for a large self-insured company. His particular focal point at this time is with Phelps’ E-Cigarette Claims Management team. Phelps’ five-plus years in this field makes it a leader in handling, risk analysis, regulatory issues and evolving models within this dynamic and growing industry.
