Mark Fry represents individuals and business entities in the areas of business formations, transactions, and operations. As a Louisiana Board Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning and Administration, he handles a full range of estate and wealth preservation planning needs as well as the administration and settlement of trusts and successions. As a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) with a background in finance, Mark has a keen understanding of client needs in the various areas of business and individual tax planning, as well as client needs in pursuing tax-efficient business formations, mergers and acquisitions. He works with private entities and tax-exempt organizations to ensure proper business succession planning, and to develop planned charitable giving strategies. Within his trusts and estates practice, Mark works with clients to implement strategies for long-term life planning for physically or mentally disabled adults and children, including the development and implementation of special needs and supplemental care trusts.
Mark also practices in the area of entertainment law and has represented a number of local, independent film makers and assisted with a variety of contract matters for directors and executive producers.
