He guides real estate developers and builders through all aspects of a deal, including land use planning, contract review and litigation. He defends title insurance companies for alleged policy breaches, bad faith and other claims and helps land owners, commercial contractors and homebuilders ensure smooth transactions and resolve disputes. He also works with landowners whose property is being condemned through eminent domain.
