Tom Duck represents large financial services institutions and companies of all sizes on corporate and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions and tax structures. Businesses involved in secondary loan market transactions trust Tom to negotiate and close transactions for the purchase, sale and servicing of mortgages and other financial assets between banks, credit unions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and institutional investors. Tom handles all legal aspects of these transactions, including drafting and negotiating the relevant contracts.
